Terms and Conditions
- By signing this Auction Donation Form, the donor(s) agrees to release, discharge, and indemnify Alley Theatre, its agents, representatives, or employees, from and against all claims, demands, actions, and judgments which may result from damage to or loss of any items the donor(s) has provided solely for display purposes during Alley Theatre’s 2024 Ball.
- Subject to any Special Conditions listed above, the donor(s) represents that the donor(s) owns the property described above (the “Donation”) without encumbrance, and the donor(s) donates and gives the donation to Alley Theatre, Houston, Texas, with the purpose and intent of transferring all rights, title and interest in the donation to Alley Theatre from this date forward.
- Donations are deductible for income tax purposes to the extent allowed by law and with the restrictions imposed. Valuation of the donated item(s) for federal tax purposes is the responsibility of the donor. If you have questions concerning the deductibility of the donated items, please contact your tax advisor. Alley Theatre is a qualified 501(c)(3) organization.
