  •  Stallholders - Application Form

    If you would like to participate in the upcoming Sunset Twilight Market - Friday Nights at the Waterfront , please fill out the expressions of interest form below.

    Please note that by completing this form, it does not confirm your participation in the market, it is only an expression of interest.

    All successful applicants will be notified via email.

    Standard stall fee $80 per market. Stallholders will be required to provide their own marquee.

  • Stall holders conditions 

    1. Stallholders must have their own marquee with (minimum of 30kg weights per leg) no pegging allowed by Frankston City Council. If winds are forecast then increase your weights to minimum 40kg per leg
    2. The standard site size is 3m x 3m.
    3. If power is required, stallholders MUST supply their own generators. (Must be quiet generators)
    4. All stallholders must supply the event manager with a copy of their public liability insurance certificate once approved. (minimum cover of $10m)
    5. Payment for market site is required prior to the event and are non refundable.
    6. In the event that the market is cancelled by the event organisers, then stallholder payment will be refunded.
    7. In the event that the market is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, then a 50% refund will be processed. (at the discretion of the event organiser)
    8. No credits or refunds will be issued due to bad weather on market day.
    9. This market has no parking on site. Parking is avaliable in surrounding areas.
    10. Stallholders allocated sites may change from market to market.
    11. Stallholders must provide their own lighting for bump out at the end of the market, there is minimal lighting on the Waterfront.
