Cars for Canines

In consideration of your acceptance of this registration form, I/We for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever release and discharge any and all rights, demands, claims for damages and causes of suit or actions, known and unknown, that I may have against Cars For Canines (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “the Event”), and any and all participating sponsors, vendors and the directors, officers, employees and agents of such parties, for any and all injuries resulting from my participation in the event, resulting from, but not limited to, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained or controlled by them or because of their possible liability without fault. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in the event, that I assume those risks and that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the event. I release the rights to any and all photographic material and/or personal information the Cars For Canines may wish to release for the event without obligation to me.

This Event Registration Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

 I/We, the undersigned, certify that I/We have read this document or had it read to me/us, and I/We fully understand its content. I/We am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract, and I/We sign it of my own free will.

By electronically signing this document, I/We confirm that I am/We are aware that my/our electronic signature(s) has the same legal effect and force as a handwritten signature, and I am/We are aware that I/We may opt out of electronically signing this document and complete and sign this form by hand.
