All respective teams will need to organize and partake in quarterly meetings with the International Education Team.
  • Adopt-A-School Team

    The Adopt a School Team will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the subprogram within the Education Programs. This role involves close collaboration with Regional and State Directors, as well as active engagement with the International Education Team. The key responsibilities include coordinating quarterly meetings, monitoring and maintaining Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.The team will also track progress, and engage with adopted schools to showcase achievements and improvements. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred). Strong project management and communication skills. Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office suite. Experience in collaborative teamwork and educational systems.
  • Testing Team

    As a member of the Testing Team, you will be at the forefront of empowering students and life long learners to achieve their academic goals. Collaborating closely with the education team and students, you will lead efforts to develop comprehensive test preparation programs, equip students with effective strategies, and monitor progress. Your role is vital in helping students excel in their examinations and secure their academic success. Responsibilities will include leading the creation and implementation of tailored test preparation programs for various exams. Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to develop targeted study materials. Provide personalized coaching and guidance to students, helping them build effective study habits. Monitor student performance, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed. Organize workshops and mock exams to simulate real test scenarios and enhance student confidence. Stay updated on test format changes and educational trends to continuously improve programs. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field (Master's preferred). Passion for education and a deep understanding of effective test-taking strategies. Proven experience in curriculum development, educational coaching, or test preparation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze student performance data.
  • STEM Team

    As member of the STEM Team, you will be a driving force in promoting hands-on learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, (Arts) and Mathematics fields. You all will lead the development and implementation of engaging STEM programs that chapters can implement. Your responsibilities will include the design of innovative STEM programs that foster curiosity and critical thinking. Collaborate with chapters to integrate STEM concepts into existing events and projects.Coordinate workshops, projects, and events that encourage hands-on exploration of STEM disciplines. Build relationships with organizations, and experts to enhance STEM learning opportunities. Forge partnerships with businesses, art institutions, and experts to enrich learning opportunities. Monitor program effectiveness, and gather feedback for improvement. Stay current with STEM trends, educational technology, and best practices to enhance program content. Work with Regional Directors of Education to tailor STEM competitions at the regional level that will culminate to the Conclave competition. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). Enthusiasm for STEM education and a strong grasp of STEM concepts. Proven experience in curriculum development, program coordination, or STEM education. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and events. Creativity in designing engaging and interactive STEM learning experiences.
  • Literacy Team

    As the Literacy Team, you will be a key driver in enhancing our organization's literacy initiatives. Collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders, you will lead efforts to promote literacy, develop engaging programs, and monitor progress. Your role is pivotal in making a positive impact on education and literacy outcomes. Responsibilities include leading the planning and execution of literacy programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Monitor program implementation, track progress, and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate little libraries, workshops, training sessions, and events to empower educators and promote literacy. Foster strong relationships with libraries, community partners, and stakeholders to enhance program reach. Help to develop awareness campaign for dyslexia and dyscalculia. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master's preferred). Strong passion for literacy and education, with a deep understanding of effective teaching methods. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in program coordination, event planning, or educational leadership.
