This is a WAITLIST REQUEST FORM. Please use this form if you want to request an appointment for a date/time that I am already booked for. Appointments requested will NOT be confirmed unless a spot opens up and I send you a direct booking link via text message to book and confirm the appointment. You will have 2 hours to respond and accept the appointment before it becomes available to the next client on the waitlist.
