Welcome to Toppertopia! All of our products are handmade to order just for you. When filling out this form, please provide as much detail as possible. Such as colors, theme, characters, name and age. I will be able to send you a price quote via the email provided within 2-3 business days. Please ensure that you are ordering at a minimum of THREE weeks prior to your event date. Once payment is received, please allow 2 week to process your order (our process time is 1-2 weeks for custom orders, and an additional week for shipping process time). I will be sure to contact you if more information is required and to send your invoice/proof. All orders are mailed 7-10 days before requested needed by date.
