**These Packages are specific to Adults (18+) who have an adult driving permit.**

**Parent Taught Students are also able to use these packages if wanting to just sharpen up a few driving habits/skills**

1 Hour Driving Lesson (Road Test Not Included) - $125.00  

This package includes a 1 hour in car driving lesson with one of our licensed driver education Instructors.

Student must have current Texas Learner's Permit.

1 Hour Prep Lesson + Road Test - $225.00  

This package includes a 1 hour in car driving lesson with one of our licensed driver education instructors.

Student must have current Texas Learner's Permit.

The test will be scheduled whenever all forms are received by the school in person.

3 Hours of Driving Lessons - $295.00

This package includes 3 hours of in-car driving lessons with one of our licensed driver education instructors.

Student must have current Texas Learner's Permit.

3 Hours of Driving Lessons + Road Test - $370.00  

This package includes 3 hours of in-car driving lessons with one of our licensed driver education instructors.

Student must have current Texas Learner's Permit.

Includes the Road Test to be taken whenever the student desires (one re-test included).

5 Hours of Driving Lessons + Road Test - $525.00  

This package includes 5 hours of in-car driving lessons with one of our licensed driver education instructors.

Student must have current Texas Learner's Permit. 

Includes the Road Test to be taken whenever the student desires (one re-test included).

8 Hours of Driving Lessons + Road Test - $720.00  

This package includes 8 hours of in-car driving lessons with one of our licensed driver education instructors.

Student must have current Texas Learner's Permit. 

Includes the Road Test to be taken whenever the student desires (one re-test included).

10 Hours of Driving Lessons + Road Test - $825.00  

This package includes 10 hours of in-car driving lessons with one of our licensed driver education instructors.

Student must have current Texas Learner's Permit. 

Includes the Road Test to be taken whenever the student desires (one re-test included)

Additional Possible Fees: Return Check Fee ($35.00), Duplicate ADE Form ($40.00).

Tuition payments must be made before scheduling any driving lessons. 

This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the school and the student and no verbal assurances or promises not contained herein shall bind the school or student.

The driver education school maintains vehicle insurance as required by transportation code, Chapter 601, and uninsured or underinsured coverage.

REFUND/TERMINATION/DISCONTINUED COURSE POLICY;

o Refunds are based on the period of enrollment computed on the basis of course time expressed in clock hours;

o The effective date of the termination for refund purposes will be the earliest of the following: (a) the last day of attendance, if the student is terminated by the school; or (b) the date of receipt of written notice from the student.

• If tuition is collected in advance of the entrance and, if a student does not enter the school, terminates enrollment, or withdraws, the school: (a) may retain not more than $50.00 as an administrative expense; and (b) shall refund that portion of the behind the wheel tuition and fees that correspond to services the student does not receive.
• The school shall refund items of extra expense to the student, including instructional supplies, books, laboratory fees, service charges, rentals, deposits and all other charges not later than the 30th day after the effective date of enrollment if: (a) the extra expenses are separately stated and shown in the information provided before enrollment; and (b) the student returns to the school any property in the student's possession.
• A full refund of all tuition and fees is due and refundable in each of the following cases: (a) When an enrollee is not accepted by the school; (b) if the course of instruction is discontinued by the school at this location; or (c) if the student's enrollment was procured as a result of any misrepresentation in advertising, promotional materials of the school, or misrepresentation by the owner or representation of the school.
