INFORMATION:
For beforecare / extended care drop-off and pick-up:
- Please note that the service is for students in grades 1 to 8.
- Students enrolled in before/aftercare will generally be outside, except during inclement weather, when they will be moved to the gymnasium. Please use the gymnasium doors located on the west side of the building.
- If the weather is satisfactory on Monday/Wednesday afternoon, parents arriving after 4:00 pm are kindly requested to use the entrance located to the left of the gymnasium steps to pick up their student from aftercare, as it will be held in the downstairs area.
Please Note: Out of respect for our teachers and their families, parents arriving after 5:30 pm will be charged $1.00 per minute. We kindly request that the school be notified prior to 3:15 pm if a parent/guardian will be late.
Drop-In Sessions:
If your child needs to attend before/aftercare for a drop-in session, please inform the main office as soon as possible and provide the dates and times your child will require this service. The cost for a drop-in session is $25.00.
Billing/Payments:
To ensure accurate billing each month, we kindly request that you sign up or withdraw your student from before/aftercare before the end of each month.
If you wish to withdraw your student from the program, please complete the form below with your student's name, grade, and withdraw date.
All payments can be made via cheque payable to heritage academy or via electonic transfer to finance@heritage-academy.com. Please be sure to include what the payment is for, along with your childs last name should it differ from yours.
