Trade Applicant Agreement:

I/ We hereby request to establish credit privileges with MADDIES Natural Pet Products Ltd. and agree to pay for all purchases in accordance within specified terms of sale. I/ We further agree to pay a service charge on any amounts past due calculated at 1.5% per month (18 % per annum). Past due accounts are subject to cancellation of credit without notice, service interruption and subsequent third party collection action. I/ We authorize MADDIES Natural Pet Products Ltd to obtain such credit reports or other information as deemed necessary in connection with establishment and maintenance of a credit account or for any other business reason.

Maddies Credit Terms:

We wish to convey to you our sincere appreciation for your decision to become a Maddies Natural Pet Products Ltd customer. You and our customers are the reason we are in business, and we look forward to each and every opportunity to strengthen our relationship with you.

The following are Maddies Natural Pet Products payment terms. Please read them over carefully before signing at the bottom.

 

PAYMENT TERMS:

(1) All Maddies Natural Pet Products invoices shall be due and payable in full within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date.

(2) A quick pay discount of 1% is applicable to payments postmarked within ten (10) days of the invoice date. No exceptions will be made for invoice payments postmarked after this ten (10) day deadline. Improperly discounted invoices shall be re-billed for the outstanding amount, with payment expected within seven (7) days of the re-billed invoice date.

(3) If you are a new business with no verifiable credit history, all orders are COD until credit can be established. (Minimum of 5 COD or prepaid orders will be required.)

(4) Credit card payments (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted at the time of shipping or for prepaid accounts. No discount is offered for credit card payments.

(5) Any and all past due invoices shall be subject to interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum. We reserve the right to place a credit hold on any account that fails to timely pay invoice amounts under the payment terms stated herein.
