GUIDELINES FOR CRAFTERS
- No garage sale, antiques, flea market, commercial, manufactured items or Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)
- Fees are $35 per space with a church table, or $30 if you do not need a church table.
- Crafters are responsible for their own money/change, bags, and wrap for craft items.
- Crafters may begin setting up at 5:30-8:00 PM Friday and 8:00 AM until open on Saturday. Sales will be from 9 AM to 3 PM. Please no early pack up.
- The Craft Committee retains the right to review and/or refuse any submission deemed inappropriate for a church venue. Craft items shall not be or include anything symbolic that is offensive to Jesus Christ.
- Crafters assume complete liability for occurrences within their space or with their customers.
The Crafters agree to hold West Hills Community Church, the Pastor, and all members of the church harmless from any liabilities.
- The Church will reserve the right to sell lunch/snacks/drinks.
- Craft Fair Committee members, when available, will provide short break times for crafters, if desired.
- Crafters will leave their space as tidy as when they arrived. Gym will be vacated by 4:30 PM.
After unloading, please move your vehicle to an outside edge like on the gravel or by the modular classrooms. This will leave the closest parking spots for our customers.
