Facility Use Donation and Security & Damage Deposit
Payment Requirements
- All required payments (Facility Use Donation and Security & Damage Deposit) must be received prior to your event.
- The Security & Damage Deposit is a flat fee of $500 and applies to all facility uses.
- This is submitted by check and will be held until after your event and a facility inspection has been completed.
- If no damage or policy violations are found, the deposit check will be either returned or securely disposed of.
- Violations of Chapel by the Lake's Facility Use Guidelines may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
- If your group exceeds the reserved facility usage time, additional fees may be deducted from the deposit.
- In case of cancellation, a minimum 24-hour notice is required for a full refund of all monies paid.
Facility Use Donation
- In addition to the Security & Damage Deposit, we ask for a Facility Use Donation to support the ongoing maintenance and operations of our building.
- Donations can be made:
- Online HERE ( Select "Rental Income- Events" as the fund type)
- By Check- Please make this a seperate payment from the Security & Damage Deposit

Donation Guidelines
Groups less than 20 people
Includes:
- Sleeping space in designated rooms
- Cots and bedding will be provided ( pending availbility)*
- Shower facilities
- Use of the Fellowship Hall and Kitchen
Groups 20-40 people
Includes:
- Sleeping space in designated rooms
- Shower facilities
- Use of Fellowship Hall and Kitchen
- Guests should bring their own pillow, sleeping bag, and sleeping pad.
* Due to group size or multiple cocurrent reservations, cots and bedding may not be available. In such cases, your group will be asked to bring your own sleeping pags, mats, pillows, and blankets. This will be communicated in your confirmation email or via direct contact from the Administrator.
