2024 Community Yard Sale Application

Sunday, August 25th & Sunday, September 22nd 9 am - 1 pm
Fees: $12 yard sale spot
  $17 Direct Sales/Crafters (Avon, Paparazzi, etc.)

Each spot is a 10x10 area. You are permitted to make a u shape with (3) 6ft tables if wanted. You are responsible for tents, tables, and anything needed to set up.

The folowing sales are not permitted: alcohol, drug paraphernalia, and weapons.

Food sales are not permitted unless store bought (ex: pre-packages potato chips).

Due to space we are limited. You will receive an email with approval.

Set up begins at 7:30 am - Tear down begins at 1:00 pm

The weather policy will follow the Farmers' Market policy. The market is held RAIN or SHINE. In the event of a hazardous forecast, the market manager will decide whether to cancel the market. The decision will be communicated as soon as possible via email and social media. Vendors are responsible for checking their messages and remaining up to date on market status. NO REFUNDS are allocated for market closure due to forecasted weather conditions.

Vendors spot will not be reserved until the application and fee is paid in full. Upon approval, you will receive an email with payment options. Expect an email within 48 hours after submission.
