This form is to be used when you want to make arrangements to collect a graduation certificate from the National Office, or to have it collected on your behalf.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Collection is only possible during regular office hours from the IMM Graduate School of Marketing (IMM Graduate School), National Office in Parktown, Johannesburg.
- Certificates will only be made available for collection in person, or an appointed third party, or by a courier service on request.
- Please allow five (5) working days lead time from the date of request to the date of collection.

In-Person - Student will personally collect the certificate from the IMM Graduate School in Parktown, Johannesburg. A valid ID document is required in order to confirm identity.Courier - Student will arrange and pay a courier to collect the certificate from the IMM Graduate School in Parktown, Johannesburg. The courier company details are to be entered below.Third-Party - Student will arrange with a third-party person to collect the certificate from the IMM Graduate School in Parktown, Johannesburg. Third-party details to be provided below.Zimbabwe Students - Certificates which have been requested via this online form, will be hand-delivered to Harare when an IMM Graduate School staff member travels between Harare and Johannesburg. Students will be contacted via SMS as soon as the Harare office receives the certificates.
