I, First Name* Last Name* , in consideration of my use of the Northwood POA pool and all related facilities* ("Association Property") owned by Northwood Property Owners Association, Inc. ("Association") hereby agrees as follows:
Check all below indicating you have read and agree to the following:*

I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATIED WITH USE AND OCCUPANCY OF THE ASSOCIATION PROPERTY BY ME, MY FAMILY, AND GUESTS.I hereby INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Northwood POA, Inc., and their respective directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, legal representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, know or unknown, including all attorney’s fees, arising out of the use or occupancy of the Association Property by myself, my family, my guests or invitees, including, without limitation, any personal injuries or damage to my property which I or they may incur as a result of my use or occupancy of the Association Property. I warrant that I am a Northwood Resident of legal age and that I have read and fully understand the foregoing terms.I agree to abide by all rules and regulations adopted or imposed by the Association on the use or occupancy of the Association Property.I will not allow any other party access to the Association Property at my behest, without being present at all times.I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the pool rules.I acknowledge that the pool area will be cleaned, and all trash will be discarded. I acknowledge that a rental fee of $25.00 is required for the use of the Pavilion and the Pool. Payment is due at the time the rental is reserved. I acknowledge that if the Pool area is not cleaned or there is damage to the facility, a cleaning fee will be charged to my homeowner ledger.You will receive a confirmation email from Association Link approximately 2 business days prior to your rental. Please be prepared to show the confirmation email to pool attendants or board members who may request confirmation of your rental upon entering the pool area.
