I, First Name* Last Name* , in consideration of my use of the Northwood POA pool and all related facilities* ("Association Property") owned by Northwood Property Owners Association, Inc. ("Association") hereby agrees as follows:

I hereby INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Northwood POA, Inc., and their respective directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, legal representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, know or unknown, including all attorney’s fees, arising out of the use or occupancy of the Association Property by myself, my family, my guests or invitees, including, without limitation, any personal injuries or damage to my property which I or they may incur as a result of my use or occupancy of the Association Property. I warrant that I am a Northwood Resident of legal age and that I have read and fully understand the foregoing terms.
