RENTAL FEE CAN BE PAID ONLINE DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS, OR MUST BE A CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO SUMTER LANDING POA. $25.00

I, First Name Last Name , in consideration of my use of the Sumter Landing POA private pavilion and/or pool 1 and all related facilities* ("Association Property") owned by Sumter Landing Property Owners Association, Inc. ("Association") hereby agrees as follows:

I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATIED WITH USE AND OCCUPANCY OF THE ASSOCIATION PROPERTY BY ME, MY FAMILY, AND GUESTS.I hereby RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Association, Sumter Landing POA, Inc., and their respective directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, legal representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, know or unknown, including all attorney’s fees, arising out of the use or occupancy of the Association Property by myself, my family, my guests or invitees, including, without limitation, any personal injuries or damage to my property which I or they may incur as a result of my use or occupancy of the Association Property. I warrant that I am a Sumter Landing Resident of legal age and that I have read and fully understand the foregoing terms.I agree to abide by all rules and regulations adopted or imposed by the Association on the use or occupancy of the Association Property. The pool rules are posted on the community website.I will not allow any other party access to the Association Property at my behest, without being present at all times.I acknowledge that the Pavilion and/or pool area will be cleaned, and all trash will be discarded. I acknowledge that a rental fee of $25.00 is required for the use of the Pavilion and the Pool. All payments are due at the time the rental is reserved. I acknowledge that if the Pavilion/Pool area is not cleaned or there is damage to the facility, fines will be placed on the homeowner's HOA account.You will receive a confirmation email from Association Link approximately 2 business days prior to your rental. Please be prepared to show the confirmation email to pool attendants or board members who may request confirmation of your rental upon entering the pool area.
