Hub Booking Form

Please use this form to book spaces within our District Hub. Before booking please check the availability of the desired room(s) using the following links:

• Collaboration Space
• Gilwell Room
• Brownsea Room.

Availabiity on the above calendars will be up to date at the point of booking, however bookings are not provisonal until you recieve confirmation from our team (usually within 48 hours).

We make a small charge for bookings which covers our costs of running the hub only. Tea/Coffee is also included within your costs.

If you are a Basingstoke East user, please do not use this form, please book directly using your Microsoft 365 account.
