You are applying to be a Sub-Contractor for Advantage Cleaning Concepts, LLC. Advantage Cleaning will NOT provide Contractor with any equipment or Cleaning Supplies. All Contractors are required to sign a NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT. Está solicitando ser subcontratista de Advantage Cleaning Concepts, LLC. Requirements:

• Bilingual preferred,Must be able to speak English

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Must be 25 years of age or older

• Must be willing to work on weekends

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds

Salary:

The relationship between you and the Advantage Cleaning Concepts is referred to as as "Sub-Contractor". This means that Sub-Contractor is NOT an employee, and this agreement can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by Advanctage Cleaning Concepts. No representative of Advantage Cleaning Concepts has authority to enter into any agreeement contrary to the foregoing "Sub-Contractor" agreement. You understand the this agreement is "at will" and that you acknowledge that no oral or written statements or representations regarding this agreement can alter your Sub-Contractor status, except for writen statement signed by you and either or Cheif Operations Officer or Company President.

La relación entre usted y Advantage Cleaning Concepts se denomina "Subcontratista".
