TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before filling and submitting this form, your choir should be affiliated with the Tshwane Choral Music Association and should have paid the affiliation fee in full.
1.Music Usage Rights
TCMA (Tshwane Choral Music Association) is not responsible for obtaining music usage rights from composers. It is the sole responsibility of participating choirs to ensure they have secured all necessary permissions and rights to perform the music selected.
2. Categories
Only choirs from the Tshwane Municipality can register for the development and Church Choirs Categories.
Standard and Large Categories are open to all choirs from South Africa and abroad.
3. Recording and Photography
By participating in the event, choirs grant TCMA the right to use any recordings and photographs taken during the event for marketing, promotional purposes, and future events without additional consent or compensation.
4.Pianists
Choirs are required to bring their own pianists for the event. TCMA will not provide pianists or any related services
5. General
TCMA reserves the right to accept or reject your application.
TCMA reserves the right to select the category suitable for your choir.
All registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
These terms and conditions are binding and apply to all participating choirs. By registering for the event, choirs acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
Forms received after the closing date won't be considered.
