Mounting Now LLC

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By requesting a service from Mounting Now LLC, located in Brentwood,
Tennessee, United States, you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in
this document. The services offered by Mounting Now LLC include but are not
limited to: TV Mounting, Furniture Assembly, Picture Hanging and Art
Installation, Fan Installation, Fitness Equipment Assembly, Play Equipment
Construction and Assembly, Lighting Installation, Gazebo Installation and
Construction, Switch and Outlet Installation, and Window Treatment Installation
or Repair.

SCOPE OF SERVICE
Mounting Now LLC will provide services as mutually agreed upon between
you and Mounting Now LLC, which will be defined in a separate Service
Agreement. Any changes or additional services beyond the scope of the agreed
services will require a new agreement or amendment to the existing agreement.

PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed
upon. Mounting Now LLC reserves the right to require a deposit or prepayment
for some services.
I authorize Mounting Now LLC, to charge this credit card automatically for future transactions.

EMPLOYEE PAYMENTS
Please note that our employees do not receive payments directly from
customers, either in cash or check, unless it is a tip. All payments for
services rendered should be made to Mounting Now LLC directly as outlined under
the "Payment" section.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR INCOMPLETE WORK
In cases where a piece or part of the furniture is missing, which
impedes the completion of the work and necessitates a return visit on a
subsequent day, there will be an additional charge. This charge will be
communicated professionally and transparently to the
customer.

WARRANTY
Mounting Now LLC warrants that the services performed will be of a
professional quality. Any material defects must be reported within a reasonable
time frame, typically within 30 days of the service completion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Mounting Now LLC be liable for any indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the service provided.

Mounting Now LLC, is not responsible for the removal of debris or boxes, if the client requests it, there will be an extra charge.

INDEMNIFICATION
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mounting Now LLC, its
affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from
any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits,
judgments, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of, or relating to,
the customer’s actions under this Agreement.

INSURANCE
Mounting Now LLC carries liability insurance coverage for all work
performed as required by law.

APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee,
and any legal actions related to this agreement will be conducted in the
appropriate court within this jurisdiction.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction
to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect
to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other
provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.

TERMINATION
Mounting Now LLC reserves the right to terminate any Service Agreement
in the event of non-payment, or if the customer breaches any terms of this
Agreement.


By using the services of Mounting Now LLC, you agree to abide by these
Terms and Conditions.
