    THINGS TO KNOW:

    1. The deadline to apply is August 22nd, 2025. Exhibitors/Vendors are on a "first-come-first-serve determination by the Board. Once booths are approved and assigned, no changes will be made. To secure the best booth spaces, make sure to send in your completed applications early.

    2. Applications will not be reviewed without all the required information:

    * Company Info

    * Product Description

    * Your information (as legibly as possible)

    * Booth Personel Name (if applicable)

    * Payment information: will be required to be submitted at the time of application. Your credit card will be charged when you are approved and without duplication of companies. You will be notified via email (electronic mail) of confirmation, set-up times, tear-down times, and any other pertinent information necessary. If you select "Pay by Check", we will require payment in our offices within 60 days prior to the Conference.

    3. There will be no sharing of Exhibitor booths. Booth description will be as shown in this Application and without exceptions. IF extra booth personnel is needed they must purchase a general admission ticket in order to enter the conference.

    4. Booths DO NOT include pipe & drape. You must bring/furnish your own tablecloth and decoration for one 6-foot table which includes 1 chair unless otherwise requested. Additional personnel requires an additional fee.

    5.  Set-up is September 26, 2025 8pm-9pm NYLO, 1001 W. Royal Ln, Irving, TX 75039 or September 27, 2025 7am-8am only.  Late arrivals will not be allowed to set up.  No refunds.

    6. No fire, cooking, baking, or candles allowed.  

    7. Airports:  DFW-Dallas International Airport is only 10 minutes from the venue.  DAL-Dallas Love Field is only 15 minutes from the venue.

    8.  Hotel:  We have special accommodations with the NYLO Hotel at $103 per night.  Please visit www.RunConference.org to book your rooms.

    9.  Networking:  Friday, September 26, 2025 6-8pm is "Go Green Networking".  Wear all green.  Build your business, your brand, and create "Relational Currency".  Tickets are available www.RunConference.org

    10. Think Tank:  Get your business in the "Tank" and get personal strategies that will blow your mind!  You must experience Think Tank.

    11.  Get Noticed:  We will have several radio hosts and interviewing bloggers who will blast your business into the world.  Interviews will take place upon entrance.

    HUNDREDS of attendees will be in the room.  Let them know what you're selling!

    GET ON YOUR FEET. This is not the time to sit down.  Make connections, sales, and new opportunities.  It's about who'se in the room.

    PREMIUM EXHIBITORS have the chance to enter the THINK TANK FORUM.  Put your business in the forum and allow hundreds help you succeed!

  • ANY AND ALL additional Booth Personnel will REQUIRE at least a general admission ticket for entry. Based on the answers in this form you may receive a payment link that will take your payment as well as contain additional information pertaining to the 12th Annual Run Conference. *Absolutely NO REFUNDS under any circumstance*

     

     

    ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

    I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES

    ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

    I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.

    I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity.

    In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this activity, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:

    (A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Run Conference, (RUN), its affiliates, any programming related to or as a result thereof, and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers;

    (B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.

    I acknowledge that RUN and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.

    (A) I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers.

    I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity.

    I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.

    The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

    By electronically signing this form, you agree to all terms and understand there are absolutely no refunds or transferring vendor transactions to another.  *Absolutely NO REFUNDS under any circumstance*

  • FAQ's

    What time is Set up?

    Exhibitors can set up Friday, September 26, 2025 8-10pm (night before the Conference).

    Can I cook, bake, or burn candles?

    No.  The hotel will not allow open flames or the cooking thereof.  We'd love to buy your baked or cooked goods.  Yummy!

    Can I bring my children?

    Yes you can; however, we are not responsible for the communication by any of our speakers.  If you do, you must purchase an attendance ticket (lunch is provided) and you are wholly responsible for any negligence caused by them.

    How many booth personnel may I bring?

    If you purchase a REGULAR VENDOR TABLE, only one booth person is allowed.  You may purchase an extra ticket and/or make the selection above.  If you purchase a PREMIUM VENDOR TABLE, then two people are allowed.

    Can I bring my own tablecloth?

    Yes! We recommend you bring your own branded tablecloth.  If not, one may be provided.
