PPMI Statewide YAC Representatives are *required to attend monthly meetings* beginning in October 2024 that last for one and a half hours. YAC Representatives are *paid a stipend* for their active and continuous participation and engagement with the program. Active participation in the monthly meetings are a requirement in continuing to be a YAC Representative. Is this a requirement you believe you can uphold?* This field is required.

PPMI's YAC is partially supported by a grant through the Taking Pride in Prevention (TPIP) program. TPIP helps support the YAC Representatives for Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Flint, Detroit and Lansing. Because of this support, the YAC Representative for each of these communities are *required to attend an additional one-hour meeting every 3 months* to provide insight into the TPIP curriculum, Making Proud Choices. This meeting is in addition to the Statewide YAC monthly meeting. Is this a requirement you believe you are capable of upholding?
