Part A is information for your Judges - these documents will be in the Judges' Notebooks and will help them get to know you. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO MAIL HARD COPIES FOR THE JUDGES BOOKS.

Part B are your competition items such as talent, music, etc.

- Please mail or drop off 10 copies of your headshot (5x7 or 8x10), Community Service Initiative, and Resume to 5111 Summerbrook Drive, Colleyville, TX 76034. Deadline is September 15th.

- Upload talent music here (if you are using music for your talent). Talent is limited to 90 seconds and MUST BE RESERVED as only one candidate will be allowed to use a song selection

- Staging Preferences/Need a Mic?
- Write a brief talent introduction (2-3 sentences) which includes the title of your selection and ends with your name (i.e. "Please welcome Jane Smith" or "performed by Jane Smith")
- Write a brief paragraph about yourself that includes hobbies, school, future ambitions, etc. (2-3 sentences). This will be read during the Evening Gown portion of the competition while you are modeling (i.e. Jane Smith is a Sophomore at The University and plans to become a Pediatrician; Jane Smith loves to travel and has a pet pig)

  To secure your spot in the line-up, please submit $100 donation to the Miss Grapevine Colleyville Organization (on or before September 1) or $150 (after September 1st).
