To ensure projects align with Genesee ARC Standards and there are no delays in the ARC review/approval process, it is recommended that homeowners schedule a courtesy review prior to creating plans, hiring contractors or making decisions for any exterior work on their home. One courtesy review is offered per project. Please complete to schedule an onsite meeting with an ARC member. Note: A favorable review does not necessarily mean the ARC will approve your final project.
