Field Trip 2025/ 2026 Request Form

Thank you for your interest in visiting Hui No'eau Visual Arts Center with your field trip group. Please complete the following form. The Hui Programs staff will contact you to finalize the details of your visit.

PUBLIC SCHOOLS & PRE-K: For 2025/ 2026 school year, the Hui has grant funding to cover field trip costs for Hawai‘i DOE public schools or preschool programs. Please inquire about transportation stipends as well. Availability is limited.

PRIVATE SCHOOLS: Field trips are $15 per student to be paid in advance. Payment may be made by credit card, check (made payable to Hui No'eau), or cash.

Once a field trip has been booked, the Hui programs staff will provide liability release waivers that must be signed by each child's parent/guardian prior to the student's participation. Waivers will be collected at the start of the field trip day before any activities have begun. Every child must have a signed waiver in order to participate in the field trip.

Please note that field trips are scheduled at the availability of our studios & teachers and must be approved by Hui programs staff.

Field trips can take a month or more to arrange, so we encourage you to plan ahead to help make your visit a smooth and enjoyable experience.

    Mahalo!
