What is your MAX price range?In order for me to recommend quality apartments, I request a minimum of $1000 for studios/1 bedrooms, $1500 for 2 bedrooms and $2000 for 3 bedrooms. Please keep in mind most properties require you to make 3x the monthly rent in income

Is there anything in your personal or rental history that could prevent you from getting approved?This includes credit under 600, rental debt, evictions, felonies, misdemeanors, broken leases. Some of these are workable but it's good to know in advance to avoid you applying somewhere you'll get denied at. Would hate for you to waste any money!
