Terms and Conditions
Canterbury Provincial Fire Brigade Association agrees to hire out the Combat Challenge equipment to the Hirer at the nominated charge of $400.00. This fee must be paid in full prior to commencement of the event.
The hirer agrees to the following conditions.
1. The hirer agrees to cover the cost of accommodation for up to 2 representatives / officials from the CPFBA Team for 2 nights. The equipment will not be hired out without CPFBA representation at the event.
2. The hirer agrees to cover the cost of vehicle mileage for up to 2 representatives as measured by Google Maps at a flat rate of 0.90c per kilometre. Please note: If the Keizer’s are required for your event, 2 vehicles are required therefore 2 sets of mileage will apply.
3. The hirer must declare that their liability insurance is current.
4. The hirer agrees to pay for any damage to the hire equipment, if deemed by the representatives onsite.
5. The hirer is required to provide the following equipment:
- 1 fire appliance
- 6 lengths of 41mm hose and 2 branches
- 2 wheelbarrows
- 12 traffic cones

This form must be submitted at least two months prior to the event.
