We are excited to have you join us for our upcoming event organized by Constance Cares for Cancer. As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety and success of the event for all participants, there are certain requirements we must uphold. All participants bringing their vehicles, whether for display or vending purposes, must have valid car insurance. This is a non-negotiable requirement, and you will be asked to provide proof of insurance prior to the event.This measure is not only for the protection of the individual car owners but also for the safety and security of all attendees. Given the nature of car shows, and the potential for unexpected occurrences, having insurance helps protect both the vehicle owners and the event organizers from potential liabilities. Please come prepared with a copy of your car insurance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We are looking forward to a successful event that benefits cancer patients and their families. Together, we can make a significant difference in the fight against cancer.
