Sewing Machine-Made Custom Wig Policy
IslandLuxe Extensions is not responsible for issues related to the cap size or density of the wig. These wigs are custom-made based on the measurements and details provided by the customer. All sewing machine-made wigs are final sale, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on cap size, density, or any fitting concerns. Please ensure that you have selected the correct size and specifications for your needs before placing your order.
Changes and Cancellation Policy
To ensure speedy processing and delivery, it's important to note that once your order has been processed, no changes or alterations to your order can be made.
For cancellations, you have up to 1 hour after placing your order to request a cancellation. After this timeframe, the refund policy will be fully enforced, and cancellations will no longer be eligible.
No Refund or Exchange Policy
IslandLuxe Extensions maintains a strict no-refund or exchange policy, except in cases where an error occurs on our part. Custom Service Orders (Preorders Wigs): 10 to 21 business days
Ready To Ship Orders: 2 to 5 business days
Bundles/Bundle Deals/Lace: 4 to 15 business days
BYOB/Wig Revamp: 5 to 15 business days
Please note that shipping time is not included in the processing time.
Rush Orders Policy
WE ARE UNABLE TO EXPEDITE PROCESSING TIMES. ALL ORDERS WILL FOLLOW THE FULL PROCESSING TIME AS STATED.
