Custom Color Add-On Wigs/Bundles Service Policy

By booking a custom color wig service through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. We will make every reasonable effort to achieve a color result that closely resembles the selected reference style. However, due to inherent variations in lighting, screen calibration, and hair texture, exact color replication cannot be guaranteed. The placement of highlights and overall shade may differ slightly from the reference image. As each wig, bundle, and lace is individually hand-colored, no two units will be identical.

Additionally, due to the chemical properties involved in the coloring process, the texture and curl pattern of the hair may be altered. While we take precautions to maintain the integrity of the hair, some loosening or changes in curl definition may occur. By booking this service, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.

Custom color wigs require additional processing time as outlined on the product page. Due to the personalized nature of this service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for minor deviations in color.

Sewing Machine-Made Custom Wig Policy
IslandLuxe Extensions is not responsible for issues related to the cap size or density of the wig. These wigs are custom-made based on the measurements and details provided by the customer. All sewing machine-made wigs are final sale, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on cap size, density, or any fitting concerns. Please ensure that you have selected the correct size and specifications for your needs before placing your order.

No Refund or Exchange Policy
IslandLuxe Extensions maintains a strict no-refund or exchange policy, except in cases where an error occurs on our part. Ready To Ship Orders: 2 to 5 business days
Bundles/Bundle Deals/Lace/Uncustomized Units/Clip-Ins: 4 to 15 business days
Color Add-ons for Bundles/Lace/Wigs: Additional 5 to 10 business days
BYOB/Wig Revamp: 5 to 15 business days
