None of your information will be shared under any circumstances, this information is obtained to protect our business from fraudulent disputes/chargebacks. - Color add-ons for Bundles/Lace/Uncustomized units: 7 to 21 business days
- BYOB/Wig revamp: 5 to 15 business days

IslandLuxe Extensions maintains a strict no-refund or exchange policy, except in cases where an error occurs on the seller's part.

In the event of such an error, we encourage you to submit a complaint through our customer service email at Islandluxeextensions@gmail.com or via text message at 443-910-4598 within 48 hours of receiving the package.
