Please use this form to advise the Gliding Australia Records Officer of the fact that a record claim is likely to be made soon. This form should be sent within 7 days of the flight, as soon as you are reasonably certain that a claim for a record will be made.  Please submit one form for each intended record even if several records will be claimed for the same flight.
