Cancellation and Substitutiona) All cancellations by Participants must be received by email to hello@convergentglobal.com or to the designated event coordinator that extended the invitation to you no later than 12th July 2023 for a no-charge cancellation. We cannot accept verbal cancellations. b) Participants whose cancellations are received after the deadline of 12th July 2023 or are a no show on the day of the event shall be liable for the cancellation Fee of 12,000 INR. However, Participants may nominate a substitute deputy within the department or a subsequent senior Level leader from the organization to attend the Event in his or her place, subject to their agreement and compliance with these Terms.c) Substitutions should be sent in writing to the Company contact designated in the Event Confirmation or to hello@convergentglobal.com as soon as possible (and in any event at least two Business Days before the Event). Registration details for any substitute must be received by the Company at least two Business Days before the Event in the same registration link.
