Event Instructions & Vendor Guidelines
Event Dates: Saturday, June 13 & Sunday, June 14, 2026
Setup Begins: 8:00 AM
Doors Open to Public: 10:00 AM
Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Both Days)
Vendor Setup & Logistics
Each vendor will be provided with one (1) 8 ft x 3 ft table and two (2) chairs.
Vendors may bring their own table if preferred.
All vendor spaces will be assigned in advance.
Vendors may unload in front of the building.
Parking is available in The Bethune Center lot on Fulton Avenue, between Martin Luther King Dr. and Bergen Avenue.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for their own setup and breakdown.
All merchandise, materials, and trash must be removed at the end of each day.
Vendors must provide all materials needed for their booth/table (excluding tablecloths or covers).
Vendors may not dismantle or leave their booth early before the event concludes.
Vendor tables may not be shared with other vendors. This is strictly prohibited.
Vendor Conduct & Expectations
All vendors and their assistants:
Must maintain a clean and professional space at all times.
Are expected to demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and respect in all interactions with guests.
Are required to wear a face mask for the duration of the event.
Important Notice
No items that are immoral, illegal, or dangerous are permitted.
If any merchandise is deemed questionable by the committee, vendors will be asked to remove the item immediately.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
