Municipal Service District and Innes Street Improvement District Grant Application
The Municipal Service District and Innes Street Improvement District Grant Programs are administered by Salisbury's Community Appearance Commission and provide financial assistance to commercial property owners and building tenants for enhancements to building facades, landscapes, parking lots, and other publicly accessible areas and the installation of new pedestrian amenities. Grants are awarded on a 50/50 matching basis with a maximum City participation of $5,000. Grant awards are based on application scores, number of grantees, and total available funds.
