Within the first 90 days of membership cancellation is effective immediately.
After the first 90 days of membership:
- A 90-day notice of cancellation is required, which becomes effective upon the expiration of the notice period.
- For cancellation notifications received prior to the 15th of the month, the entire month will count towards the 90 days.
- For cancellation notifications received after the 15th of the month, the 90 days will not start until the first day of the following month.
How to cancel: Notify your Vistage Florida Chair in writing of your intent to cancel your membership.
Refunds: Refunds are issued for unused services on an undiscounted, pro-rated basis. Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
