2025 Golf Tournament Team Entry Form
*October 16 at Panorama Golf Course*

Tournament proceeds are divided between drawing winners to be spent at 3 auctions during the Fair:
- Livestock Auction
- Non-Livestock Auction
- Sunshine Auction (special education)
Each team is awarded 1 drawing ticket at check-in, then awarded drawing tickets based on their tournament placing:
- 1st place - 25 tickets
- 2nd place - 20 tickets
- 3rd place - 15 tickets
- 4th place - 10 tickets
- 5th place - 5 tickets
- 6th - 32nd place - 1 ticket
A special guest then draws to determine winners that will take prize money to the 3 auctions.
