  • The Colorado Juvenile Parole Board is committed to assuring that the rights of victims of juvenile crime are protected during the parole process. As a victim you have the right to be informed, present and heard at specific stages of parole.

    You are invited to provide a written statement to the board regarding your experience of the crime, the impact of the crime for you, and any concerns or considerations you have regarding parole. If you would like to provide written testimony, this form is being offered for your convenience or to assist you in organizing your thoughts.

    Hearings can approach quickly. In order to have your input considered for this proceeding, it is important we receive your response prior to the date of the hearing. Your input would be very much appreciated.

A redacted copy may be provided to Division of Youth Services victim services staff. No information regarding your current address, telephone number, place of employment, or other locating information will be shared without your expressed written consent or a court order.
