    Greetings, Amazing Middle and High School First Ladies! Congratulations, beautiful on completing another powerful year as part of the Illustrious First Ladies Sisterhood. Your First Ladies Team is thrilled to walk with you and your family into a brand‑new year of growth, purpose, and leadership. Every day, girls in your community dream of having the sisterhood, mentorship, and safe space that you have access to. You are blessed with a place designed to help you discover your true purpose, strengthen your voice, and rise into the leader you were created to be. This year, we challenge you to elevate, excel, and exceed everything you accomplished last year. So get ready. Gear up. And prepare for another extraordinary year—TOGETHER. To begin your 2026 First Ladies journey, carefully complete each step below before the May 31 deadline: Answer all application questions. Upload your most recent grade report. Submit your short video and photos. Write and upload your two essays. Ask your current core content teachers (Math, English, Science, Social Studies) to complete your Teacher Recommendations. These must be submitted BEFORE Interview Day. Save a copy of your completed application and bring it with you to your ZOOM interview. SAVE THE DATE: Saturday, August 29 or September 12 is INTERVIEW DAY. A completed application and interview are required as part of your College & Career Readiness Pillar. This is your moment to rise. Lead with excellence. Represent the First Ladies with strength and dignity. And most importantly—do your best and be on time. APPLICATION DEADLINE: Sunday, May 31, 2026. The application fee is due with the parent consent/application form. Late applications will not be accepted.

    Complete a short video on "Why is mentorship important for girls? How has First Ladies mentorship impacted or made a difference in your life? Why should other girls join First Ladies for mentorship? Start with your first name, grade, college and career goals. You will record a 1–2-minute video. Record your video using Zoom. Make sure you are in a room that has great lighting and that you are dressed professionally. Your video will be seen by the Interview Panel and may be posted on the First Ladies socials with parent consent. Insert the link to the video or the actual video below. File formats should be Zoom, Teams or MP3.If help is needed contact Lady Britney Beckett. Do not send videos separate from your application.
