Yes- we know issues can come up and it is documented and understood what steps need to be taken and by whom.We kind of have a process in place, but it is not consistent or documented.We rely on addressing issues on a case by case basis.

We have a solid game plan- We have documentation up to date with easy access & consistent knowledge transfers.We have some items documented, but others are very out of date, so we would need to piece some of it together.We train only by on hands experience with the process being more sink or swim.

Yes- We have a discussion, document, and confirm that individuals contributors to executive leadership understand the outcome of the project.We have an outline of the end state, but the extact details and metrics are not 100% defined .High level details are defined then go from there and see if we can get it done.

Consistent, Predictable, Scripted.Rough outline with unknowns that come into play.However it needs to get done in a given timeline.

10/10 with ease and precision.Most of the time with some issues in the middle.Most of the time, but with a lot of pushing and burnout.Sometimes with a lot of time and effort.Rarely with a lot of frustration and energy.
