  • Submitting this form does NOT commit you to scheduling an appointment. This form is a way to speed up the inquiry process by allowing me to give you an accurate quote, answer any questions you may have, etc.

  • If you are a previous client needing a touch up, please email me with the times you're available and pictures of the tattoo. You don't need to submit this form.

    Location: I will be working out of my friend's studio located near Monaco and Evans. The specific address will be disclosed 3 days before your appointment date.

  • Location: Denver, CO 80224 near Evans and Monaco. Address is only sent to officially booked clients. 

  • Flash Tattoos: 
    - If you want to make any changes to flash designs, it would be considered a custom tattoo. My minimum is $100 for flash or custom!
    - Specific sizing is stated on each flash sheet. Pricing is subject to change and there will be a price increase if you want the tattoo to be bigger than my preferred sizing. 
    - Black ink only.
    - Pricing starts at a certain amount for each flash sheet and/or design but can increase depending on size, placement, etc. One free touch up is included in the price.
    - Black ink only. 
    - If you book more than one flash tattoo, you may receive a bundle discount!
    - I do not tattoo feet, sides of fingers/hands (I only tattoo the tops), inside the mouth, palms, or private areas.

    Custom Tattoos:
    - My minimum for a custom tattoo starts at $100+.
    - Pricing is subject to change and will increase based on design complexity, size, color, and placement. One free touch up is included in the price.
    - I will be doing black and red ink only.
    - I do not tattoo feet, sides of fingers/hands (I only tattoo the tops), inside the mouth, palms, or private areas. 

    Please thoroughly read through the information down below concerning details I need regarding the tattoo(s) you're inquiring about in order to best streamline this inquiry process and to avoid your request from being overlooked.

    Please be very descriptive and detailed with what you want! For example:

    • Include accurate sizing in inches. If you don't know or are bad with sizing, it helps to look at a ruler or tape measure to better visualize. It's super important to inform me of an accurate sizing range.
    • If you want to add shading, let me know. Tell me where, what kind of shading, etc. Otherwise I will assume you're looking for just a fine outline tattoo.
    • If you'd like color, which color, where, etc. 

    I cannot stress this enough but please try your best to be very detailed! The more detailed the better to minimize back and forth and so I can immediately determine if I am able to take on your project. Sadly, I cannot accept all custom requests and will be priortizing what best aligns with my style. 

    If your tattoo request is accepted being descriptive allows me to factor in designing time, allocating the appropriate time for tattooing, and it'll just help me immensely when drawing the design (if designing is required).

    Please note, I do not design tattoos unless you are officially booked for an appointment with me. I do choose to allow my clients to see the design before the appointment, however, the design gets sent no earlier than the evening priot to the appointment to ensure my time is respected and my art doesn't get stolen. Some more details can be found in the policy section at the bottom of the page!!

  • SCRIPT TATTOOS (angel numbers, initials, quotes/phrases, dates, names, roman numerals, etc)

    Please provide a specific font name. Go onto dafont.com and choose a font option from there. Unless you have handwriting, logo, etc that you want me to exactly copy then you don't need to look up a font.

    1. Enter the text you want into the preview bar (ensure there are no spelling errors).
    2. Take a screenshot of the text preview/font you like, please be sure to include the font name.
    3. Upload the screenshot below.

      These policies about deposits, rescheduling, canceling, designs, etc are in place to protect myself as an artist and to honor both of our times. Below, I go into extensive detail in order to make my policies super transparent for each client! These policies are set in place to create healthy boundaries.

      Tattoo Contradictions
      Anyone with the following conditions will absolutely NOT be allowed to receive this service:
      - Expecting mothers and nursing moms
      - Under 18 years of age
      - Active skin cancer in the area of service
      - Those who have experience post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
      - Those who have received radiation or chemotherapy within the past 48 days
      - Those with ANY transmittable blood conditions such as hepatitis or HIV, etc
      - Those with skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis on the area of service
      - Those with shingles within the last 6 months
      - Diabetes
      - Hemophiliac
      - Healing disorders
      - Thyroid disorders
      - Hypertensive / high blood pressure
      - Been on long term blood thinning medication

      Anyone with the following health conditions will need a doctor's approval clearing them for tattoos. By scheduling this appointment, you have confirmed with your doctor and been given clearance.

      If you come to your appointment with a contradiction, you will be sent home and you will lose your deposit.

       

      Rescheduling, Cancellations, No Shows, and Late Policy
      Due to other scheduling commitments, it may be necessary to cancel your appointment if you are more than 10 mins late. If you are late resulting in a cancellation, you will lose your deposit and a new one will be required to book again. There may be a possibility for a reduced time instead but you will still be charged for the original service amount.

      I understand things come up but please try your best to give me a 3 day notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your deposit can be transferred to a later date/time if you notify me accordingly. Failure to do so will result in losing your deposit and a new one will be required to book again. If you no show me you are not allowed to book with me again and you lose your deposit.

      Please keep in mind that reschedules may not be guaranteed because appointments are very limited and I am visiting.

       

      Tiny Tattoo Deposit
      A non-refundable 50% deposit (small tattoos) and $200 deposit (large tattoos) is required to secure your appointment and it will go towards your total amount. You must send your deposit immediately in order for the appointment to be officially scheduled. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT.

      The remaining balance can be paid with cash, Venmo, or Zelle.


      Additional Deposit Info:

      If you book multiple tattoos and decide not to do some of the tattoos you're scheduled for or you are late resulting in not being able to complete all the tattoos you were scheduled for, then you lose the deposit for the tattoos not done and any discounts will no longer apply. You may not put the lost deposit towards your total amount. 

       

      Touch Up Policy

      Your free touch up must be claimed within 1 year from when you got them done. If you fail to follow my reschedule, cancelation, late, and no show policy stated above then your free touch up will be forfeited.

      If you need a touch up, please email me to schedule your appointment with a few dates/times you're available and pictures of the tattoos you're wanting to get touched up.

       

      Custom Design

      Designs will be sent late afternoon/evening before your appointment for you to take a look at and make any minor revisions if necessary. If you are making changes to your original concept after your appointment has been booked, please let me know asap! I ask that you inform me of any changes at least 1 week before your appointment. 

      Designs must be finalized the day prior by 8pm, typically no changes can be made after that or at the appointment. I don't want you to have any surprises nor do I want to either going into the appointment which is why I do the designs beforehand. 

      Please note that pricing is subject to change and will increase if major changes are made, sizing increases significantly, you add a lot more details to the design, or you completely change the design from what we originally discussed and booked you for. Unfortunately, if the changes being made are drastic enough from the original concept and if it results in me needing more time to tattoo than what you're originally scheduled for, you could potentially be considered a late reschedule if I need to move you to a different day to account for the extra time needed. However, please note that reschedules may not even be available as appointments are very limited and I am visting Denver.

      Please just be very descriptive and communicate clearly with me right of the bat, I only want you to have the best design possible and to prevent any potential disappointment!

      I do not design tattoos unless a deposit has been sent and you are officially booked for an appointment with me.

    • INQUIRY/BOOKING PROCESS 
    • What does the inquiry/booking process look like?

      1. Submit the request form with all your ideas. 

      2. I'll reach out through email within 2 weeks to give you a quote. 

      3. If you're okay with pricing and would like to book, then we coordinate a date/time for your appointment. 

      4. Once we agree on a time, you'll have 24 hours to send a deposit to secure that time. If it's past the 24 hour mark, check in with me to see if the opening is still available. If the time hasn't been booked yet then I'll put another 24 hour hold on that spot for you. If it has been booked then we just coordinate a new date/time for your appointment. 

      5. After the deposit is received, your appointment will officially be booked through my booking site.
