Cancellation policy Customers who have completed registration for the 96th EUROCONSTRUCT-Conference may cancel their booking:
- in writing to Amy Mulligan amy.mulligan@ie.ey.com not later than 30 days prior to the event (until 1st November 2023) and will receive a 50% refund of the conference fee.
- Cancellations received after this date will be charged the full conference fee.
If you are unable to participate on the conference day due to unforeseen circumstances, you are welcome to name a substitute. Please inform us in advance of any changes.

Information according to FAGG (Distance and Offshore Business Act) As a consumer, you have the right to cancel and return your order for any reason and without a justification, within 14 days of receiving the purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw. In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period. The data collected will be deleted as soon as they have fulfilled the purpose of organising the event and documentation or fulfilment of the legal obligations to maintain the records.
