    Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:15 pm


    During this 45 minute classes we will warm-up with some heart pumping exercises, followed by a Jump Rope focused HIIT / Tabata workout. Do as much or as little a you'd like. We are here to move our bodies, socialize and have fun!

    Our jump rope community is inclusive and supportive. You can expect to depart each class feeling strong and confident, with a new friend or 2.

    Thursdays 6:30 - 7:15

    During this 45 minute class we will stretch and warm-up with some heart pumping footwork and jump exercises, followed by skill building and ending with a choreographed Jump routine together, or in groups according to skill level.

    Our jump rope community is inclusive and supportive. You can expect to learn from both the instructor, and other students (who soon become friends) You will be sure to walk away from class with a smile & a new found confidence in your jump!
