JUMP TIPS & TRICKS (Mixed Skill)
Thursdays 6:30 - 7:15
During this 45 minute class we will stretch and warm-up with some heart pumping footwork and jump exercises, followed by skill building and ending with a choreographed Jump routine together, or in groups according to skill level.
Our jump rope community is inclusive and supportive. You can expect to learn from both the instructor, and other students (who soon become friends) You will be sure to walk away from class with a smile & a new found confidence in your jump!
