  • Hey there! It's time to book your first appointment. Here I'll just get some essential information from you that will allow me to make your experience amazing. Once you get to the end, you'll see instructions on how to book your first appointment with me. Please follow the directions carefully!

  • Cancellation Policy:

    Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur.

    To best service all guests, cancellation and no show policies are as follows: 

    *All appointments require a 48 hour notice of cancellation to allow me to fill the appointment time.

    *Any cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will require rebooking fee of, 25% of the cancelled appointment service price. If any no call/no show occurs,  50% of the missed appointment service price, will be required in order to book another appointment.​

    *If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as you can. If you arrive15 minutes past your appointment time or later, we may have to  adjust your service (i.e. no blow dry, cut, etc) or reschedule.

    Service Adjustment Policy:
    Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.

    Product Return Policy:
    A very lightly used product may be returned within 14 days from the purchase date. Make sure to reach out to me with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product​.

    Confidentiality and Privacy:
    Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.

    Booking Instructions:

     

    Step 1: Once you're redirected to the booking site, if you haved completed the consultation form, select the Booking Block stated in the email in which you received this form.

     If you didnt complete the consultation form, and looking to book for:

    A Haircut Only Appointment plaese select New guest Package 5 (The Cut)

    or

    A Brazilian Blow-out Appointment, please select New guest Package 4 (The Smooth) 

    Step 2: Follow the prompts to book your appoientment

     

    If you're unable to book an appointment that works well for you, you will also receive a link to the VIP Existing Guest Waitlist in the email sent upon the submission of this form.

     

    You'll also be receiving multiple follow up emails from me with more information on how to prepare for your appointment, so make sure to add melinanaish@hairbymelina.com to your contacts in your email and always check your junk mail to make sure you don't miss them!
