Instructions

Once submitted, you will receive an email with a PDF attached to it. That PDF is your referral agreement. You will need to send it to be signed.

If you are sending a referral to another brokerage, you want to have this signed before you send the client's information.

This form is invalid if not signed by a broker (James or Sloane). As an agent, you can not execute this form without broker approval.
