INFORMATION:

Are you interested in carpooling or do you have the ability to provide rides to school?

If you are interested, please complete the form below, and we will send you a link to access a list of parents in your area or along your school route who are also interested in carpooling. The list will include parent names, their student's grade, and their preferred method of contact.

Important Notice: It is your responsibility to inform Heritage Academy of any and all individuals authorized to pick up your student(s). All carpool drivers will be added to the approved pick-up list for the student(s). Communication regarding this matter must be provided in written form, either through a letter or an email.

If carpooling is not an option for you, we recommend getting in touch with Bear Transportation Services (bearsts.ca).

Heritage Academy's role in the carpooling process is limited to facilitating connections between families interested in carpooling. The academy acts as a link to bring together families who wish to participate in carpooling arrangements. However, it is essential to note that Heritage Academy does not assume any additional responsibilities beyond this point and does not directly manage or control the carpooling activities. The responsibility for organizing and coordinating the carpooling arrangements lies solely with the participating families.

Additionally, we do not inform carpoolers of each other's absences, so parents/guardians need to communicate this information among themselves.

HA families are responsible for their own decisions and arrangements regarding carpool opportunities. By participating in a carpooling, parents/guardians voluntarily assume the associated risks, and Heritage Academy will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from carpool arrangements.
