2023 COS Scholarship Application

COS Scholarship Application Form

Application Deadline: November 1, 2023
The COS Scholarship is made available to a high school junior or senior artistic gymnast who competes at the 2024 Circle of Stars Invitational. Plans to participate as a college gymnast are not a requirement. The applications are judged by an independent panel of reviewers unassociated with DeVeau’s School of Gymnastics or its Booster Club.

Applicants are required to submit:
- This digital application form, which includes an essay
- Two letters of recommendation (at least one from a HS teacher)
- An official high school transcript showing a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a scale of 4.0
All components of the Application must be received by November 1, 2023.

Also, be prepared to provide a color photo after applying.
