    Date and Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. This allows for a calm and unhurried experience.

    Location: The address of the session will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

    What to Bring: Please bring comfortable clothing that can be easily rolled up to expose the upper arm or lower leg. You may also want to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a blanket or yoga mat for comfort.

    Preparation: In the 24 hours before the session, try to eat clean, avoiding processed foods, alcohol, and caffeine. Hydrate well but avoid excessive water intake immediately before the ceremony. Remember, no food after 7 pm the night before the session, and aim to drink 3 liters of water between 7 pm and 7 am. Get a good night's sleep and spend some time in quiet reflection or meditation.
