Wholesale Agreement for the Retail Sale of Detox & Cure PTY LTD Products

This Agreement is made between Detox & Cure PTY LTD ("the Company") and the undersigned Retailer ("the Retailer"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Whereas, Detox & Cure PTY LTD is engaged in the promotion and sale of food products in Australia and desires to support its retailers by fostering better standards;

Whereas, the Retailer desires to promote and sell the Company's Products in accordance with this Agreement;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

As a Detox & Cure PTY LTD stockist, you agree to the following guidelines:

1. Using Only Text and Images Authorised by Detox & Cure PTY LTD to Promote Our Products: Any text or images used for promoting the Products must be selected from authorised materials provided by the Company. If you wish to use other promotional materials, you must obtain the Company's written approval at https://www.detoxandcure.com/contact/ or via email to info@detoxandcure.com

2. Promotion of Detox & Cure PTY LTD Products as Food: Ensure that all promotions reflect the Company's commitment to using only food ingredients, with no therapeutic claims made in connection to the Products.

3. Detox & Cure PTY LTD Products are Not to be Sold on Third-Party Websites: Products may only be sold through your direct business and/or website and not on online marketplaces like Amazon or eBay without the Company's express prior written consent.

4. Retail Pricing and Bulk Discounts: Recommended retail prices and discount levels will be provided, though they are merely suggestions and not requirements. You may set prices independently. Loss- leader selling is discouraged, except where prohibited by law. The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) is available on https://www.detoxandcure.com/shop/ for the sake of clarification, and may be revised by the Company from time to time.

5. "Not For Public Distribution" Documents: Certain documents intended only for retailers and staff training must not be distributed to the public. Public promotional materials will be made available.

6. Promotion of Your Business as a Detox & Cure PTY LTD Stockist: Your business details will be featured on the Detox & Cure PTY LTD website, unless you request otherwise. You will be added to our database for notifications about products and updates.

If you do not comply with this policy, Detox & Cure PTY LTD or its distributors may cease to supply you with its Products.

I agree to the above guidelines and that Detox & Cure PTY LTD may choose to cease product supply should these guidelines be breached.
