Programs

Please select the relevant program and class you wish to enrol your child into. Please note that this does NOT guarantee enrolment as the class may be at capacity. If the class is not available your child will be added to the waitlist.
GymbaKids: 9 - 18 months old
45-minute non-structured class with parents involved. $226 per 10-week term.
KinderGym: 18 months - 3 years old
45-minute non-structured class with parents involved. $226 per 10-week term.
KinderGym: 3 years +
1-hour structured class with parents involved. $301.50 per 10-week term.
Kindy Recreational - Strictly for those who are enrolled in or eligible for kindergarten.
1-hour structured class with parents as spectators. $301.50 per 10-week term.
Girls Recreational: Must be in full time school. This program is at capacity. The wait time for a placement is approximately 14-16 months - WAITLIST ONLY
1-hour structured class. $301.50 per 10-week term.
If a Girls Rec placement offer is declined, the child will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist. Placement offers are sent via email and text message. If no response is received, the child will be removed from the waitlist.*

Additional Fees and Charges:

1) Annual Insurance - per child, per calendar year.

* $27 for GymbaKids, KinderGym 1-3, KinderGym 3+

* $42.50 for Kindy Rec, Girls Rec, Boys Rec.

2) Annual Club Membership - $25 per family, per calendar year.

3) Equipment Levy - $10 per child, per term.
Terms and Conditions
I understand that participation in gymnastics carries with it a reasonable assumption of risk. I give permission for my child to receive medical/ambulance assistance in case of an emergency and agree to pay such costs.*

I understand and agree to abide by the Karratha Gymnastics Club's Fee Policy and Code of Conduct. The Fee Policy is term payments in advance; credits/refunds require a medical certificate and are subject to the terms and conditions in the Fee policy. Policies can be found along with our Club Handbook on our website.*

I understand that term invoices have a 14 day due date unless otherwise stated. Overdue invoices will incur a $15 late fee, if no payment is received within 7 days of the due date - enrolment will be cancelled. Re-enrolment will be subject to class placement availability, I understand that my child may need to be placed on the waitlist.*

I understand that enrolments will automatically renew in the same class for terms 2, 3 and 4 unless I inform the club that my child will not return. Enrolment renewal is required in Term 1 each year for Recreational gymnasts. Gymnasts enrolled in Term 4 will get first preference for placements in the new year, classes are filled on a first come, first served basis - the club cannot guarantee that you will receive your first class day/time preference.*
