SHOW FORMAT

This will be a segmented, straight-through show. Please note that because of the amount of competitors in this show, men are to be at check-in one hour before the check-in.  Women must be available one hour before the ladies go on for their check-in. Once you are finished, clean up your area, leave the backstage area and please enjoy the rest of the day.

Times are as follows:

10 AM - 11 AM Men's Classic Physique, Compulsory Round/ Individual Round/Awards
11 AM - 12 PM Men's Physique, Compulsory Round/ Individual Round/Awards
12:15 PM - 1 PM Men's Bodybuilding, Compulsory Round/ Individual Round/Awards

15 MINUTE BREAK

1:15 PM - 2 PM Women's Physique / Figure, Compulsory Round/ Individual Round/Awards
2 PM - 3 PM Women's Wellness, Compulsory Round/ Individual Round/Awards
3 PM - 4:30 PM Women's Bikini, Compulsory Round/ Individual Round/Awards

Show start time is 10am and will run straight through. Men are first, ladies will follow after a 15 minute break.
Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show. For example, a bodybuilder cannot enter classic physique or men's physique. A figure competitor cannot enter women's physique, bikini, or wellness.

AUDIENCE ADMISSION 

Tickets will be available at the door and payable in cash ONLY.

No credit cards please.

Backstage passes (general admission plus backstage access) is $70 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare backstage). Backstage passes are available at check-in only.

Only two assistants alpwed backstage. 

 Audience members are not permitted backstage. Anyone without a backstage pass will be removed. If you are found backstage more than once without a purchased pass, you will be removed from the event without a refund.

Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)

*A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well.

Competitors may not participate in more than one category (Bikini, Figure, Physique, Wellness, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique) at any given show.

Please be aware that our policy strictly prohibits the issuance of refunds. I appreciate your understanding.

CATEGORIES

The categories offered are Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Men's Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique.

Times can vary depending on the amount of competitors, but we are fast moving!

DIVISION OFFERINGS

    Bikini: Age 50+, Age 35+ (PQ), Open (PQ), Novice, Teen

    Women’s Wellness: Age 35+ (PQ), Open (PQ), Novice, Teen

    Figure: Age 35+(PQ), Age 50+, Open (PQ), Novice, Teen

    Women’s Physique: Open (PQ), Novice, Teen

    Men’s Physique: Age 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ), Novice, Teen

    Men’s Classic Physique: Age 50+, 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ), Novice, Teen

    Men’s Bodybuilding: Age 50+, Age 40+ (PQ), Open (PQ), Novice , Teen

Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, or with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).

TEEN DIVISIONS: Parents and guardians MUST sign a waiver at check-in and be present during tanning and showtime. You must purchase one backstage pass. Minimum age 16-19 years of age. Proof of age is required.

CLASSES: When more than one class is in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. The OCB does not use weight classes.

AWARDS:

Awards will be presented to the top 5 placement winners in each class.

OCB pro cards are awarded in the Open, Masters Age 35+ (women), or Age 40+ (men) divisions when the following number of athletes in a class appear on stage:
Any athlete who wins a pro-qualifier will be escorted offstage immediately to provide a urinalysis sample.

ELIGIBILTY

All competitors must be current OCB members to participate in this event.
If you need to obtain the annual membership, please register a week before the event. Memberships can be purchased on OCBonline.com.

This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet the eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate.

Before registering, competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com

BANNED SUBSTANCES SCREENING METHODS

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested before competing.

In addition, all pro-qualifying placement winners must provide a urine specimen immediately after the event's conclusion for urinalysis.

CHECK-IN / POLYGRAPH SCREENING

Polygraph scheduling will be emailed two weeks before the show date. Testing will be done on Friday, July 18th, at the host hotel.

HOST HOTEL:

The polygraph fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Please schedule your polygraph appointment before your spray tanning appointment if doing both on the same day.

MUSIC

All competitors will perform an individual round of 30 seconds of house music. Your routine can be either the walk of your class or a showcase of your best poses.

BACKSTAGE POLICY

• Coaches are not to poach or solicit the clients of other coaches while attending OCB events.
• Marketing other organizations' events is strictly prohibited.
• Coaches caught soliciting or poaching clients will be escorted out of the venue without a refund. Coaches are to model professionalism and sportsmanship.
• Benches and weights are not permitted. We will provide bads and mirrors, but feel free to bring your own gear.
  
• Please clean up after your event is completed.

VIDEO RECORDING POLICY

Audiences and competitors are permitted to photograph and record. Professionaal cameras, tripods, video equipment are not permitted.
