Memorandum of Understanding
I, {fullName33}, will not sell or share any translation (complete or partial) or any
image (complete or partial) of the documents I receive from Dr. Miles R. Jones, or his designated agents, including the staff without express written permission. All derivatives of any translation I see, observe, or create during this process, by assignment or association with Dr. Miles Jones, are the express intellectual property of Dr. Miles R. Jones, who has licensed it to the Benai Emunah Institute for Accelerated Learning, a 501c3 educational and religious nonprofit organization based in Texas. In return, Dr. Jones will acknowledge my contribution work whenever my work is published regardless of my contribution level, but without any expected monetary compensation. All my time, on assignment or as a volunteer, is my donation to Benai Emunah. I may use any cooperative translation of my work for my individual private use. Any textbooks or learning materials I borrow will be returned within 30 days of my terminated usage thereof on my honor and word.
I recognize that a significant factor in the successful and proper completion of the projects of Benai Emunah is the strict confidentiality observed by all participants in the activities and procedures, and that failure to comply with the confidentiality may compromise the value of the information. I acknowledge that the unauthorized release of information may result in the termination of my participation in working with Benai Emunah. Furthermore, I am aware that for malicious intent or for personal gain, the release unauthorized of such information may subject me
to criminal and civil penalties.
