• Stallion & Stud Dog Website Order Form

  • It is required that I have your billing information in order to set up the back end of your website properly. This information will be submitted to the website platform that I build on (WIX) in order to get your webhosting and domain connected. Each year, at renewal, Wix will bill you directly for your webhosting (depending upon whether you choose a 1, 2, or 3 yr plan).

  • I will be creating a folder in Google Drive with several subfolders for you to upload photos of your stallion, photos of offspring, videos, and information. For Ranch Websites, there will be folders for your broodmares and sale prospects as well. You will receive a notification in your email once I have shared your Google Drive Folder with you. Do NOT lose your notification email. You will need to access it when you are ready to upload photos and documents.

Please name all photos with the horse's registered name so I can keep track of horses. For example, if you have 50 photos of your stallion, please label them stallionsname_1, stallionsname_2, stallionsname_3 and so on and so forth. For Ranch websites please do this for all mares, prospects, sale horses, etc.

The easiest way to submit information for a section on the website is to create a word document, type out exactly what you want it to say, and upload it to the corresponding Google Drive Folder.

Do not forget to upload your stallion's breeding contract. It will be displayed on your website and downloadable for easy access for mare owners.

  • Your website will include a Frequently Asked Questions section. This is a great area to put as much infomration as possible about your stallion in one spot. Examples of great questions and answers are: Q. How tall is the stallion? A. 15 Hands. Q. What is the stallion's five or six panel results? A. He is 6 panel negative. You can list anything and everything in this section, including what his disposition is like, and so on and so forth.

Please list out your FAQ's in question format and provide the answer and I will incorporate it into a lovely interactive FAQ form on your site.

  • Stallion websites are best named by the stallion's name with dot com, dot, net, .org, etc. This ensures when a customer is Google Searching your stallion his website will show in the results.

Ranch web sites are typically named with your ranch name. However, you are free to choose the domain name of your choice.
